but i find if you work out too much it makes you really tired.
which will make you sleep longer.

It depends, exercise can sometimes make you tired and you feel the need to go sleep or it can wake you up. I exercise early in the morning. It gives me the energy I need to get through the day and I’m in bed by 10:00 p.m. Exercising before you go to bed is not a good idead. It wakes your body up and you most likely will not fall asleep for hours. I recommend working out in the morning or afternoon (maybe about 2-3 hrs befor you go to bed.)
in the morning it gives you energy at night its good to stretch
